What Life is Really Like for NYC High School Students

Thursday, February 26, 2026, 6 – 7:30 pm
at the New York Society for Ethical Culture, 2 West 64th Street

Join us LIVE!

We are proud to mark the 40th anniversary of Teen Scene, our signature event dedicated to pulling back the curtain on the adolescent experience, providing parents with unique insights into the lives of NYC independent school high school students.

Moderated by Lucy Martin Gianino, this milestone event is a one-night only, in-person student panel. It is a rare, safe space for parents to hear directly from teens on the topics that matter most: from academics, stress, and mental health, to parties, drinking, drugs, gender identity, and more.

Have a burning question?  Wish you could ask a teen and get a frank answer?  Submit your questions in our registration form!

*Thank you to our 2026 sponsor, Ethical Culture Fieldston School.*

*Please note this event a one-night only, in-person event, will not be recorded and is for parents and guardians only.*
