Dear NYC-Parents in Action Community,
Like all of you we have been intently following the reports of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). The past few weeks and days have been a reminder of just how connected we are to one another.
Out of an abundance of caution, both NYC-Parents in Action and the Addiction Institute of Mt. Sinai have decided to cancel the Spring Seminar on Marijuana.
As a reminder, we are a non-profit organization that relies on tickets sales to maintain our annual budget. Won’t you please consider making your ticket purchase a donation to NYC-PIA? If you would prefer a refund, requests must be made before May 1st. Please contact us at info@parentsinaction.org and someone will be in touch with you with details.
Most importantly, thank you for your commitment to NYC-Parents in Action. While we may need to practice social distancing at this time, we remain a very close community and we look forward to providing more opportunities to connect in the future.
Sincerely,
Jennifer Anderson and Eby McKay
